What makes our lager taste so good?

We use only the very best ingredients available. Our brewing practices are inspired by the german purity law of 1516, which means that our beers are preservative free and cold stored for at least 4 weeks. But there’s more to it than that – we are passionate about beer. So much so that we changed our lives to follow our hearts, and every beer we produce embodies that passion and commitment. It’s the extra ingredient that makes all the difference. Who’d have thought it, money really can buy you love.

Cotswold Premium 5.0% ABV

Crisp and full flavoured, this premium lager is made from Liberty and Hersbrucker hops and Maris Otter malted barley.

Cotswold Three Point Eight 3.8% ABV

A light and refreshing continental style lager with a delicate blend of Saaz, Styrian Goldings and Cascade hops and Optic malted barley.

Cotswold Wheat 4.2% ABV

Originally planned as a spring special this Berliner Weisse Wheat Beer has proved so popular that it is now available all year round! It is lighter style Wheat beer so perfect for enjoying in the sunshine!

Cotswold Winter 5.3% ABV - Available between November and March. The perfect lager for those dark nights!

A tawny lager of 5.3% with a smooth finish.  Winter is brewed with British Bramling Cross and American Cascade hops and uses Munich and Chocolate Malts to give greater depth and complexity to the Optic Malted Barley. Serve chilled and enjoy.
